Nancy Hromin

Nancy is a principal consultant with In Corporate. Nancy brings to the table a strong on the seat experience as a HR Director & Organisation Development Director responsible for driving company cultures to levels of excellence and performance.

She has worked at Coopers & Lybrand and has been the Head of Transformation & Discovery at Murdoch Magazines. This role allowed her to build and focus on her true love and passion – creating the culture that enabled people in a business context to deliver to levels of excellence.
