Robert is a senior consultant. Robert is our customer service and CRM guru. His background is as a Senior Executive operating call centres across telecommunications, banking and FMCG environments. Robert has worked on both sides of the table managing the outsourced relationship and also delivering and leading the outsourced relationship back to organisation.

He has worked across Australia, Egypt and the Philippines in his career.
