Tahnya is a Principal Consultant with In Corporate and she brings an enthusiasm and intelligence to her work. Tahnya is a seasoned HR practitioner by background and has been HR Manager in a range of industries from publishing across to FMCG.

Tahnya focuses on ensuring the people elements in business are focussed on performance and results. She does this with a unique blend of compassion, good humour and logic. Tahnya, together with Nancy Hromin has been responsible for developing many of the Strike Zone toolkits to support managers and leaders.
